The 1879 Guide Book and Atlas does not show any settlers in this township at that time. The location of this burial place is just south east of Little Bethune Lake.
The following comments were taken from the book, "These Our Ancestors Were", 1974. The condition of their burial places is unknown today, 26 years later.

This lot is in a very dark wooded area. One can just see the cedar the cedar railing around the crib. |
