While driving north along Highway 169, turn right onto Gordon Street which is located on the north side of the Bala Fall's bridge. Turn left onto Kitchener Street and you will find the cemetery on the left hand side where the street turns right. Word of Warning! Do not drive down the incline leading into the cemetery. The incline is steep and made up of loose soil. You will have a difficult time trying to back out. |
This is a private family burial site located in Bala, along the edge of Muskoka Lake. The cemetery is somewhat overgrown with bushes but appears to still be in use. I found one recent internment dated 1997.
